1. For widths listed as 3,4,5, price listed is for orders of any single width or any combination of those listed widths.
    
2. Widths listed as 3 to 7 represent a random, non-repeating width pattern which will have unequal lineal footage of each width.

4. * Yellow Pine and Douglas Fir have lengths of 6’ to 12’ and are NOT end-matched.

7. All pricing is per square foot, F.O.B. our mill; add 5% to net measurements for cutting and fitting.
    
8. Delivery is available nationwide by common carrier, local delivery is available on company owned trucks. Please call for shipping and delivery pricing.
    
9. Normal lead time for orders is 2 to 3 weeks, large orders and/or hard to find items may require additional time.
    
10. A 50% deposit is required on all orders before order processing will begin. Invoice balance is due upon shipment. We accept MC/VISA, as well as personal and company checks.
